Our range of services covers the entire lifecycle of a property, as well as any potential property development needs.
We are an independent operator and aim to provide equal service to all our customers.

We strive to build long-term customer relationships that can more accurately be described as partnerships.
Through our own operations, we aim to support our partners in developing their own activities and to genuinely contribute added value with our technical services.

We aim to work in a direct partnership with all our customers to ensure that all parties are continuously aware of the current status, and that no surprises occur.
We mutually agree on operating procedures and adhere to them.

Our reporting is open and continuous. We can grant our customers access to the documentation even while it is still being prepared.
This allows the customer to follow the reporting process at all times. We therefore aim to provide access to our reporting system as soon as a work order is placed.
Read-only access to the reports can also be granted, for example, to housing company boards. The content of the reports can be tailored to meet the customer’s specific needs.

We have a broad network of partners with whom we have worked for many years. This allows us to ensure a reliable and dependable supply chain.
Within our supplier network, we can always find the right operator for each project.
Additionally, our extensive network of partners in design services helps accelerate project progress.

In 1990, Construction Engineer Tom Holmlund founded Suomen Vastaava Oy.
The company provided site management services and other offerings, primarily to single-family home clients.
In 2013, Tom Holmlund passed away, and the company's operations were put on hold.

 In February 2019, Tom Holmlund's son, Tomson Holmlund, wanted to revive the company, and Suomen Vastaava Oy was renamed to TomCon Oy.
The company's service offering was expanded, and two new partners joined the business.

In 2025, TomCon Oy gained a new partner.
